On behalf of everyone who attended our Calvin Klein cosmetics (Canada) Annual Sales Conference in Palm Springs, I'd like to thank you for all you did to make our evening at the El Dorado Polo Club so incredible. Prior to our evening at the El Dorado Polo Club, most of our attendees thought Polo was just the name of a Ralph Lauren fragrance! Learning about the game of polo, having the opportunity to witness a match first-hand and participating in the golf cart polo is something they will remember forever.

For most of our people, this was the sixth annual sales conference they have attended. After six years it is getting to be more difficult to surprise our people with events that are unique and educational, yet still lots of fun. Our evening with you really did fit the bill as our grand finale and will be remembered for years to come as our most interesting and entertaining activity ever! Just as I had mentioned to you on the telephone, you, Tony and Michele did a fabulous joy in accommodating all of our needs. Both the food and the service were commendable. The staff was very attentive to the attendees and the little details which often seem to be overlooked.

As you know, we initially met with you regarding a spouse event per the recommendation of the Academy of General Dentistry. Bonnie Williams and i began working with Laurie at the El Dorado Polo Club in 1992. We approached Laurie with the concept of an international youth soccer tournament to be held annually. This had never been attempted in this area and together with Laurie we began building what is projected to be the largest youth tournament in the nation.

In the preliminary stages of our event, Laurie gave us many opportunities to promote our upcoming event, one of which was hosting a corporate event for the Sports Industry Council of America at the El Dorado. We still receive many positive comments about the site and the professional coordination of the event from the corporate attendees.

While other properties have approached us, we have never been disappointed in our decision to align our tournament with Laurie and the El Dorado Polo Club. the best form of marketing for our tournament has been word of mouth regarding the beauty of the site and the exceptional organization of the event.

I would like to compliment you on your beautiful facility and outstanding staff as they both contributed to our very first Polo event. Although our numbers decreased, it was another outstanding event for those New Mexico dealers who attended.

I have received nothing but compliments regarding this event. Everyone truly enjoyed themselves and some were impressed with learning more about the Polo sport. the weather certainly worked out to our advantage.

Working with a professional and courteous staff makes my job so much easier when planning such a large event on a state wide level. I would like to point out that Mike was fantastic to work with during the actual event and he made sure that everything was going as planned. The band was wonderful and I have received many compliments regarding them as well. You never really know how the music will be and I was impressed by them. They certainly contributed to my evening and I would be happy to recommend them in the future whenever possible.
